Adam Bell

Adam Bell has spent his career of over 15 years, working in primary education across two coastal schools. During this time he has held various leadership roles and is now Principal at Stradbroke Primary Academy, after being Vice Principal at the school.

Adam is passionate about giving every single child the best possible education and access to inspirational and enriching experiences. He is driven to do everything possible to instil a belief in all children, that they can achieve anything they want to achieve. To this purpose, raising standards within the school and ensuring children access a knowledge rich curriculum that is engaging and exciting, is a key focus of his work. Adam’s passion is teaching his favourite subject, science. He has been instrumental in the development of the primary science curriculum for the Inspiration Trust.

Adam is also passionate about supporting and inspiring the next generation of teachers and enjoys mentoring trainee teachers through their training and qualifying years. He is a highly experienced mentor for trainees and NQT’s and is currently a professional tutor, supporting other mentors, as part of Inspiration Teacher Training.
