Ina Coubrough

Ina studied at the University of East Anglia and has a passion for teaching English language and literature.

As well as teaching English, Ina has worked as a Head of House, SENCO, and Assistant Principal before joining Wayland Academy. She has also led safeguarding networks and is a member of the Norfolk Safeguarding Children’s Board. 

Pastoral care and safeguarding have always played a significant part in her roles in schools across Norfolk and she is looking forward to building partnerships with pupils and their families across Inspiration Trust, whilst still supporting the families at Wayland Academy where she is Vice Principal.
