School-to-School Support

We are committed to school improvement through the implementation of a high quality curriculum; improving teaching and behaviour standards; and the implementation of research-based practice. We aim to close the disadvantage gap by improving educational experiences and outcomes for pupils in deprived areas and helping them to overcome potential barriers.

Our National Leaders of Education (NLEs) and Specialist Leaders of Education are able to draw on a wide range of expertise which allows us to provide bespoke support packages to schools.

We have a proven track record of working with and supporting schools to ensure significant improvements in challenging circumstances.

We have a diverse and experienced team of school improvement specialists, led by Gareth Stevens (NLE) covering core subjects and areas of whole school leadership across all phases from primary to post-16. In addition we have expertise in Pupil Premium, behaviour, safeguarding, curriculum, assessment and timetabling.

Support work can involve a single visit or multiple visits spanning a term to a year with any number of our leaders being involved depending on need. We evaluate the process carefully against your chosen target areas, with regular and final evaluation.
