Our work on curriculum is nationally recognised. We believe in the power of knowledge and offer a knowledge-rich curriculum in our schools. Giving all our pupils access to a high quality education and the best possible opportunities is key to social justice and narrows the achievement gap for our most disadvantaged pupils.

The Secondary Way
Our ‘Secondary Way’ document outlines the ethos and approaches shared by all of our secondary schools and sixth forms.
These features exemplify what we believe excellent secondary education is and have been developed and distilled over time since Inspiration Trust was founded in 2012. Our approach has been influenced by renowned thinkers and experts such as Christine Counsell, Tom Bennett and Doug Lemov, and our Trust’s senior leaders have adapted and refined them to ensure our Secondary Way is appropriate and relevant to our schools and their contexts.
This document works alongside our overall Trust five year strategy and the Inspiration Trust mission, vision and aims.
