Glen Allott

Glen Allott was inspired by a teacher at a secondary school in Doncaster and he became passionate about becoming a design and technology teacher. What Glen loves about design technology is that students are able to design their own unique ideas and build their own creations. 

Glen was the Principal at Wayland Academy and found it to be a massively rewarding role. He enjoyed working with the families of Watton and the surrounding villages. Glen had a consistent role in the community, allowing him to have an impact over the years and to support families.

At the end of the summer term in 2024 Glen made the move to another school in the Inspiration Trust family and took up the role of Principal at Jane Austen College, based in Norwich. Glen hopes to continue to bring the same level of impact and success to the secondary school and sixth form at Jane Austen College.
