Liz Howard

As a Fellow of the Charted Institute of Personnel and Development, Liz has worked in HR for over 20 years.  Liz has a background in both the private and public sector having worked in manufacturing and HM Prison and Probation Service / Ministry of Justice before returning to the Education sector.  In her role Liz Leads the HR and Payroll functions which support all employees across the Trust.  

Liz is passionate about enabling all colleagues to fulfil their potential whilst ensuring equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of all people centred policies, procedures and practices.
