Pete Seadon

Pete Seadon is Principal at East Point Academy.

Prior to his role as Principal, Pete was part of the Thetford Academy leadership team as Vice Principal for Pastoral and Safeguarding Lead. He has also been a senior leader in two other Inspiration Trust schools. At East Point Academy, he was Assistant Principal and part of the leadership team that took the school from special measures to Ofsted 'Good' with outstanding leadership. Following this, he was Vice Principal at Great Yarmouth Charter Academy and part of the leadership team that improved the school from special measures to Ofsted 'Good'.

Pete has been Chair of the Suffolk County Council Alternative Provision Quality Assurance Board. He was also part of a team who worked with Suffolk County Council to set-up their multi-agency inclusion panel, supporting and challenging schools and external agencies to find suitable intervention and provision to meet pastoral needs.

Pete is currently assisting the Norfolk Virtual School for looked after children. He works with the team to assure high quality support for pupils in schools.
