Leadership Update

One of the many benefits of being part of a Multi Academy Trust, like Inspiration Trust, is the wealth of talented staff it attracts. This ensures that we have leaders who know what exceptional education looks like, understand the priorities in our schools and have the knowledge and experience to lead with confidence.

At the end of this term, Principal at Wayland Academy, Mr Iain Mackintosh will be departing Inspiration Trust to join another Multi-Academy Trust in Cambridgeshire and we wish him well in his new role. Mr Mackintosh will be replaced by Ms Lucy Austin who is currently Principal at East Point Academy in Lowestoft.

As such, another member of staff from the trust, Mr Pete Seadon, currently Vice Principal at Thetford Academy, will join East Point Academy as Principal at the start of the new term after Christmas. Mrs Jane Diver will be joining Mr Seadon as Executive Principal, Mrs Diver is currently the Principal at Hethersett Academy. Thetford Academy will shortly begin the recruitment process to find a new Vice Principal.
